All beef, lamb and chicken in Liberty Grill is of Irish origin. For the best flavour, each burger is cooked to order, so please allow minimum 20 mins for beef.
We use a Virtual Queue, WalkUp APP to allocate tables which we trialled successfully last year. We will have a limited bookings for lunch available on Mondays to Fridays
