The menu will again feature slow cooked meat, fresh fish & seafood plus a number of vegetarian and plant based dishes from local farmers who farm ethically such as O’Mahonys for our beef, East Ferry free-range for chicken & eggs as well Ballycotton Seafoods, all cooked with an East Coast American influence.

Our steaks come from O’Mahony’s Butchers family farm. The steaks are marinated, grilled, and served on a bed of sautéed onions & mushrooms, topped with slow roasted vine cherry tomatoes and your choice of pepper sauce or garlic & parsley butter, along with sautéed baby potatoes or skinny fries.
All beef, lamb and chicken in Liberty Grill is of Irish origin
