The menu will again feature quality meats, fresh fish & seafood plus a number of vegetarian and plant based dishes from local farmers who farm ethically such as O’Mahonys for our beef, East Ferry free-range for chicken & eggs as well Ballycotton Seafoods, all cooked with an East Coast American influence.
